I use a TruFire release with just a regular trigger. It works great for me, and I am left-handed too... I have always used the same one

TRUball assassin SST with the speed buckle. Its really an outstanding release, smooth as can be, really comfortable and the speedbuckle is really a great option. The price is right also at right at about $65 online.

This year I'm using the new Tru-Fire Hardcore release, really like it, works great for me! In the past few years I had been using a Carter 2 Shot and liked that as well.

I like the Hurricane so much, I have 2 of them. A back-up is a must.

Tru Ball Pro Diamond is my primary, and I have a Scott Mongoose and a Scott Little Goose for backups.

I bought a Scott release back in 86.It was just a regular caliper style Scott with a wrist strap.Replaced the strap about 3 times but the it never failed me.
