Nice pics. It's good to see them up and moving during daylight. That will definity increase your chances for success.

    Good luck.

Well, I had an interesting set last night. I didn't see any of the big boys running around, but I had a neat encounter w. a very nice 1 1/2 year old. I purchased a new cover scent yesterday called "Final Step(cedar)." At about 7:15, I picked the buck up at about 50 yards, walking on a mowed path that goes in front of another stand. I had walked in on that path, then cut straight up the hill to the stand I was sitting. That buck hit my trail, and took a hard left and walked right up the same path I took. He ended up standing broadside at 18 yards when he caught a wiff of something he wasn't sure about, and then noticed me up in the tree. He stared me down for over 10 minutes without moving. Finally, he just walked off. It was a pretty cool encounter. It was the right situation, but the wrong deer.

I'm looking forward to sitting over my food plot saturday morning and seeing what happens.

Was in Wisconsin this past weekend, a decent forecast turned into rain all weekend. Did hunt all but Sunday night since it was pouring, saw a total of three deer on stand, did get a trail camera video of a 3-1/2 year old 130 class nine, but he'll get one more year. No big bucks showing up yet but the property I have is usually home to doe groups and the bucks begin showing up mid October. Michigan opens this weekend, see what I can get onto here. Good luck on the starts of your seasons!

So far I have had 10 bucks within bow range. Most have been young and are getting a pass. I had a nice big 8 sneak in on me, and got a glimps at a real nice one, but he didn't ever give me a good look. Here''s a couple pics I was able to squeeze off w. my phone.
