definitely pumped for the Illinois opener! going to check trail cams on Sunday. were also going to check out some more public land. were on a bunch of deer, but don't know what to expect. I'm thinking a 200pt contribution is not out of the question. good luck and be safe y'all!

Been warm lately and not much on the cameras that I want to go after in that 150+ range yet, just gotta wait till it cools down. I have till Jan so there's plenty of time to fill my doe and buck tags. Going to head up to Sask and do some walleye fishing in about two weeks, also going to hit Manitoba for some deer hunting and try to get down to Iowa and do some hunt filming if I can fit it in. "since I didn't draw a tag"

I've seen a ton of fawns and passed a couple spike bucks. I'll be heading back out on the first of October. I posted some pictures of the doe on the official scoresheet thread. A good size doe that is already in the freezer.

I MAY HAVE LOST THE ONE FARM I HUNT ON. The family split it up so my life time hunting privledges may have slipped by. Still waiting to hear from the property Owners

505 acres that i had to my self in archery season

Still warm here most days although we have had a couple good frosts. Harvest is in full swing here on our farms so its a busy time of year. Looks like I'll be headed to Manitoba to hunt with friends at the end of nov as well so that was good news since I didn't draw tags anywhere else.
