What do you guy's think about these. I thought it was a pretty cool way to mount a rack. I think they are over priced though. I may try to make my own. I will have to check into what film dipping a head would cost. You can see more of them at www.camobuck.com

Looks tacky to me :( But then again I won't shoot it unless I am getting a mount :D

Unique but not sure if it's my thing, maybe I have't shot enough deer yet to want something besides a euro or shoulder mount.

I agree. A Wolverines or Lions pattern would be much better. :tu:

Another thing that is cool is that you can just pop off the cap, take out a couple screws and put in another rack for a change.

My son has been doing European mounts the last 3 years, and bought some do it yourself camo you use in water. Did the European mount like usual, but then dipped it in the camo so the skull was covered in Mossy Oak. I didn't like it, but it was different to see a camo'd skull.

Don't take this the wrong way . . . but those plastic deer heads with the patterns all over them may quite possibly be the most hideous thing I've ever seen in my entire life. Something like that would mess up my whole feng shui.

Kinda off-topic, but I've often thought about sending one of my euromounts to one of the local guys who custom-paint hockey masks.

They could airbrush the date, the score, your college logo, your sports number, a rebel flag, your girlfriend's assets, whatever tickles your fancy. . .

I think it would be pretty damn sweet. I've never seen anybody do that before.

Looks like dealer pricing is set at a minimum order of 100... Yikes - looks like that would be a lifetime supply to me...

It needs a Jayhawk on it, because KU (BB not FB) looks good on everything. I think if they had some leopard spots or zebra stripes on them, they could make a killing at an urban flea market. JUSSAYN!

I agree with Dan, not something I would have hanging in my house. My wife would probably kick my a** for this as well LOL
