    Boys I will be in the stand in the morning, I'm 51 and feel like a freaking little kid today. Now if a bear or hog tries to slip by, I give out no free passes. but will be back after whitetails ASAP.

    any one have any updates on the hunts so far?
    i will be out in my stand first light October 1st and will hopefully have atleast a doe on our board.

    Our season starts this Thursday. Amazing weather in the forcast. It's supposed to be a high of 90 today but when Wednesday night rolls around we're going to be 4 degrees above a record low set in 1961. Wednesday's low is forcasted at 44 degrees. Thursday is supposed to be a high of 63. Light winds and oh did I mention we're supposed to have showers the night before opening day. Holy cow... I'm pumped!
