Anybody on this team already have experience with this contest in years past? This is my first year involved with this contest, so I'd prefer not to be the guy in charge
This is my second year, it's alot of fun and we meet new people. Justin of coarse will probably be our chief!

I'm hunting multiple counties in northern illinois. I'm ready to lay another hog or two down this season. I will also be bowhunting in OHIO the first week of november.

Good Morning Team! Looking forward to a fun season. I start hunting Sept. 24. here in Ohio. Have early waterfowl seasonn to keep me busy till then. Starts on Thursday can not wait. Where will everyone be hunting this year? I know Ryan is from Ill and also hunting in Ohio what about everyone else? Ryan you hunting public or private land in Ohio? I am off that week you will be here.
I'll be hunting mainly private, but the DNR is opening a forest preserve up too bowhunters near columbus, which is where I'll be. Due to the deer grazing on several kinds of flowers that are becoming scarce, they want bowhunters to come in and harvest some deer, so that might be an option. Otherwise I'll be hunting some private land in delaware, licking, marrow county and a couple other couties that I can't remember. I should be out their in the stand on Nov. 1st (tuesday) and hunting through sat. 5th
First time in the contest as well. I'll be hunting a couple counties in the southern part of WV. Our season doesn't open till Oct. 1 either. I've caught a couple decent bucks on camera so this season is looking hopeful. Good luck to everyone!
I'll be hunting public land in the Hampshire County of MA. It's a honeyhole! It's has corn fields on one side and swamps on the other. Just put out my trail cam yesterday. Post-rut I'll be hunting up north beneath New hampshire where I reapplied for a doe permit. Stupid raffle screwed me this year, didnt get my home district for the doe perm. Im not about to leave my hometown and hunt a unfamiliar district 1 hour + away, for a doe. Atleast not until the ruts over.
Checkin in fellas. I'm in MD and will be hunting public ground here, my family farm up in PA, and a solo public land DIY trip to zones 7 & 8 in Kansas. I've been spending a lot of time going over maps in KS and hopfully my 2011 wiha map gets here soon. If anyone has any tips, feel free to shoot me a pm.
Hey guys - I'm here! Sorry for the late check-in, I was in Mexico for a week with the wife (brownie points) and just got back last night. Season opens October 1 here in IL. I basically have no good bucks lined up for this fall and like usually I'll pretty much wing it and play it by ear as the season progresses. That's how I roll. We need a team name - anyone have any suggestions? The Fur Burgers :D

Checking in.... Hopefully should be a good year and can't wait to get to know everyone a little better. Wife and I just had our second kid a few months ago so no elk hunting this year - deciding to focus my time on whitetail hunting this year... Pumped that I drew an archery tag down in southern IA this year - been a few years since I've drawn - so that's where I'm planning to spend most of my sweet Nov. prime time this year.
