Lookin' good Dan! I typically don't set my camera out until the fist week in July, so I'm getting anxious to find out what's roaming around our woods for this fall.

It's amazing how much the buck has grown, but it's equally cool how much more vegetation there is in the background too. Mother Nature is just too cool.
looking good, I got and 8 also that looks a lot like that, yours has got better brows but mine has better G3's. look a lot alike though. I will try to get a pic up.
Very nice! Hope you get a crack at him this fall. Yep, that do grow crazy fast. Anyone recall what the rate of growth is on whitetails? I seem to remember something along the lines of 1" a day in areas with good food.
I saw the same thing. I almost thought it was a different deer at first but the rack is so similar that it has to be the same deer. I don't get a lot of deer with long brow tines.
I added up what it looked like he grew and I came up with 30" in 22 days. that would equal 1.36" per day. So I would say an inch a day is a good rule of antler.
Very kewl comparison! Looks like you have had some rain up your way. Just put a camera back out yesterday where I had the pic of the buck with the missing eye.
