Nice looking set-up there. I really thought I won that bow at the GTG, but then I woke up!!! Just curious, have you shot it past 30 yards yet? I loved my Switchback at distances under 25 yards, but over that I was all over the place even after numerous tuning sessions at the shop. We decided it was 'cause I am such a muscular wimp for a short ATA bow.
That's some nice shootin' Crik. She sure does look sweet the way you dressed her up. Now you need to get some blood on her.
Dan, Congrats on the new bow. The Hoyt Carbon Element has convinced me that some short bows are Super accurate. As far as the Limb Driver cord goes I rig most all the ones I rig here in the shop now with what I call the Max drive kit. It is a short string, universal limb pad, rubber ducky, and a stainless steel screw. It just makes it really simple to adjust when necessary, and it looks sharp since the Max drive cord matches the strings & cables. Dan
rizzo,,,im now dialed in out to 50 and shooting good groups. I was going to get my 60 pin zero'ed in for a 3-D shoot but it started pouring and I had to quit. If I pull one out I usually know it was my bad and not the Bow, so over all, its shooting very well at long ranges also. Do you have a level bubble on your sight halo? and do you make sure your level at longer distances? If you dont pay attention to being level, you might shoot good at closer distances but as you get further out, being unlevel will magnify. Just something to check!! buckeye Thanks for the info bud, I have even seen where guys are attaching it to the cam axle instead of limb. MeanV I have heard of that kit and might check it out. I have the limbdriver rest, the prong style, and I decided I didn't want any chance of the string stretching, so I got rid of it and replaced it with a length of plastic coated cable. Works great and seems more durable to me.
