I might have an opening or 2 on a couple of leases i'm might be getting this year. One is in McHenry county the other in Boone county. The property in McHenry is 63 acres mostly crop field but has great deer activity and is in a goose flyway. The one in Boone is about 165 acres 40 plus is timber (oaks ) with great deer sign. Both properties have running creeks on them. If you are interested just contact me and we can go over the details. It would be a yearly lease with 2 to 3 others and the cost would be split up evenly. I am getting insurance for the "hunt club" to cover anyone that is on the lease.

I would'nt want you to do that until I was able to scout the property with cams and make sure it was worth it for you. I just know that when I have walked both of them I jumped about 12 deer on one and the other the field was covered in beautiful brown/red hair and hoofs.
As long as I would get a doe off of it I would be happy with it. I don't have to shoot a big buck or even a buck a doe is just exciting to me as a 170. Its your call tho

Hey mech I live in hoffman. I have been bustin my but trying to find properties and found a great way to get them now. I have been getting calls on a bunch of small areas and im trying to set all of them up. What I might start doing is just passing on the areas to people that are on here too. Im not looking for anything in return just can't stand seeing all of these guys with no where to hunt. p.s. sorry i don't drink but I l'll havew a coffee lol

Prices of leases can vary greatly. It will depend on location, amount of land, number of members, etc.
OK guys here is the deal on this lease. I unfortunately will not be able to get in on this lease this year do to my spine fusion. If you are seriously interested let me know and I will forward you all of the info. I can tell you I did take dukemichaels out to the property and he was not interested in the property. I really think they have potential but it will be a crap shoot since no one has been managing the properties for deer. I would like to set the owner up with a group of 2 to 3 no more then that and preferably guys that know eachother.
