Alright, I'm having trouble deciding where to go... Kansas or stay in Oklahoma

The drive to Kansas is 6 hours and I'd be making it by myself. There are quite a lot of really big deer where I hunt and this would be my last opportunity to go to Kansas to fill my $400 tag.

    OR

I can go to an awesome place in NW Oklahoma where it's not uncommon to see 100+ deer in a single sit. The buck to doe ration isn't great but there are still big deer and I could probably fill my remaing four doe tags without problem. If I stay in Oklahoma, I'll be hunting with a buddy and sharing a hotel. This season is open for another month also.

    So... What would YOU do?

    Who cares about seeing deer?

I'd go where I thought I have the best chance of taking a good deer.

Whether I see 1 or 100 deer it makes little difference.. it's only 1 I am after.

    If it were me.

You bought the $400 tag for a reason. Me, I would try not to waste my $400.

I would take my chances on that Kansas tag if it was my last chance and i still had a month left to hunt in OK.

That is the most atrocious avatar I have ever seen.

Who says you have to go to Kansas alone, I'm bored as hell. Road trip!

If there are quite a few really big deer in Kansas, then I would go to kansas.

Kansas. I can't believe you asked Dub lol. You still have a month after KS trip to do the OK trip....this way you can do both.

When does piggy slaughtering season start?
