The entire sight adjusts, but the 2 pins are stationary. The idea is whatever you have your top pin dialed to, your second, lower pin, will have a designated range as well. So I don't have to touch my sight at 20 if I know the deer is 35, since that is my second pin yardage. There are drawbacks. Lol. I wanted to stretch out to shoot longer distance, but won't shoot past 35 on whitetail personally. So, it works for me and I love the vertical stack. Cleaner for me.

Holt the triple stack is nice, make the bottom pin the floater. So it will go 20/30 and 3rd is 40 but if you want to move the wheel the bottom pin will be the floater so you can get the max range outa your wheel.

So I can find a good deal on a Fast Eddie xl. It has a dovetail bar. I've never had a dovetail bar sight.

Or for about $10 more I can get the same triple stack in the Tommy Hogg. This one has the the hard mount.

Which one would you guys pic?

Hard mount, I like to keep pins closer to riser and I don’t have any intergrated bow for the dove tail sight. Also go .019 on top two pins then .10 on bottom as you move out the bottom pin will block the target.

I went and shot two bows today. Went to a small shop and didn't have a lot of inventory. Still have another shop about 40 minutes out that carrys most brands and also not far from Lancaster archery.

Shot the Mathews Phase 4 in 33" and the Bowtech SS 34. I've decided I want a longer bow and one with a larger brace height. These were the only 2 bows he had that meet that criteria. So as of now the Bowtech is winning for me. Such a smooth draw. The mathews had zero vibration after shot, but couldn't compete for draw cycle. This is huge for me because my shoulders aren't what they use to be. Will most likely try one more shop to see if they have anything else. Still want to try Prime, Hoyt, and maybe a PSE.

I prefer a dovetail. This lets you adjust the distance of the sight until it matches your peep exactly how you like it. I do not care to have my sight set way out from the riser on a hunting bow, but a bit of adjustability is sure nice for matching your peep up to the housing. A direct mount is cleaner IMO, but often results in having to play with peep size to match them up. Comes down to preference of course.

My BIL has a fast eddie with the double pin. It is a nice sight and has a lot of max range adjustment. The only draw back, IMO anyway, is that the second pin lands wherever it lands. It is not adjustable. For my BIL it lands sighted in at 39 yards when his top pin is set at 20. Ridgerunner's coming out at 34 yards is much more preferable to me than 39 yards. But it all depends on what your setup's arrow speed comes out at.

Montana Black Gold has one that is similar, except the second pin has some small adjustability to it. It would be nice to be able to set the 2nd pin distance for what you prefer. So, here is another one you may want to look at.

Check out the triple stack Fast Eddie xl. I ended up ordering this exact sight. I got a great price on it, pulled the trigger.

With the triple stack, all pins are in line coming up from the bottom and all 3 pins are adjustable. Feel like this will be best of both worlds. I love single pin sights because of less clutter. Also I have a better time lining up my shot on a deer with the pin vertical, instead of traditional horizontal pins.

I've been considering it since they announced it lol. It is also high on the list for less clutter but more than one reference.
You made a great choice, I think you'll love it.
I was just trying to say that I think the MBG double pin is a bit better option than the fast eddie double pin just because the 2nd pin is slightly adjustable.

That was the same concern I was having with the double pin from spot hogg. Check out Eders.com for the sight. I just paid $277. Shipped join there bowhunters club, it's free and gives you huge discounts.

Hell yeah, man! You'll love it when it comes in. At least you don't have to wait almost 3 months.

Has it been 4 weeks yet? Ha

Didn't think I would care about getting it, but now I'm excited. He said I could buy the floor model, but decided to just order it and get the exact color I wanted.

Exact same thing for me. I wanted what they didn't have, so...I waited. Gonna be a long month....and yet worth every day.

Got the approval from the wife to get a new bow. Been using mine for the last ten years so I think it may be time for an upgrade. Going to try and get out and try some new bows over the weekend. Definitely want to try the phase 4.

I just shot it this past week. Amazing shooting bow. I was just looking for a bow with a smoother draw. Just wait til you shoot it, won't even feel it when it goes off. And extremely quiet.
