We joke and call the people up the road the Bumpuses (reference to A Christmas Story)...there dogs bark all the time and when they get out, run wild all over

No movement here yet, was thinking it would be right at first light if they were out feeding in the corn… still in a good funnel so we’ll see if anything comes through

Definitely a deer up wind of me. Cant see in this thick stuff. Classic murder scene. 33DC418E-28B1-4390-95F6-AA8D982CE21C.jpeg FE109A13-2F44-4622-9585-916C662ACE01.jpeg

My first Public land whitetail hunt ever… Nothing so far. A new property opened up this year for the first time ever land was previously owned by Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer. Going after these drugged up deer - I’ve got to have a better chance.

Had a doe feeding toward me from the neighbors property...something spooked he toward me, but she angled to the thick stuff that borders out parcels...[IMG]

Back in those shaded spots, thick stuff to the right...

Just launched an arrow on a doe. Pretty sure I heard her crash already. Going to give it a couple minutes and check the arrow. Everything felt good.
