Damn Tim,,, I'd have to say you're pretty spot on. I would get too emotionally invested in the teams (Mostly the Patriots). I'd listen to local sports talk radio for several hours a day and even listen to the national sports talk radio to see what kind of trash people would be talking about on the Patriots. when the Patriots would lose, it would always hit me hard. Whenever they lost a Super Bowl or playoff game or the season was over, I would literally be in a grieving/mourning process as my mind processed the loss (Not losing the game, but rather the loss of something which cause grieving).

For me, the change was liberating and greatly improved my mental health.

My whole approach changed when my son was really young and he cried after the Packers loss. Just a game fun to watch, don't get that emotionally invested. I have never dropped a pass, or missed a tackle so not on me.

Where's your picks? Kinda hard to call someone out like that

When do you think Picket takes over if he does this year? I say week 6 vs Brady if Trubisky struggles early and the Bucs, give him a few games before the bye.

I'd like to see Rudolph and possibly Claypool traded before the cut to 53 in an attempt to sgore up the O-line. Rudolph has had a great camp and preseason debut, think his value is highest it has ever been post draft. Claypool would sting a little bit, especially if another receiver gets injured, but can't see them being able to keep him long term. Pickens is going to be the Antonio Brown we(fans) always wanted.

At least you didn't say what they are ready for

All kidding aside, if there was one team I would love to see have a successful 5-10 years it would probably be Detroit. I always hated how they couldn't build around Sanders, what a waste of one of the top 6 RB's. Arguments vary on that number but I think most can agree Barry was in the top 6, if not fewer.

I may finally get to see something I have waited 15 years to see, a Packer game without Missing Fing Crosby kicking for the Packers.
