Got myself sentenced to a night on the sofa… had to eat dinner with the girlfriend’s obnoxious liberal friends and I made the mistake of mentioning that Nancy Pelosi and her husband were blatantly using her position in congress to make money via insider stock trades… I was under the assumption that this was not controversial. I knew the liberals were misguided but I didn’t realize that they were completely blind and oblivious to something that was so damn obvious but apparently I was mistaken cuz it seems like some of the leftists actually believe the fancy pelosi’s of the world when they say that they actually give a **** about anybody other then themselves. Either way I am now at a crossroads because my dog has decided to stand in solidarity with me and join me for a night on the sofa. I appreciate the thought, but he has claimed the only blanket as well as the last 2’ of the big sofa and when you try to fit a 5’11” person into 4’ of sofa the math simply don’t work. To make it worse, he is now asleep and he looks so dang peaceful and content that I can’t bring myself to kick him off the sofa and take his (aka my) blanket.

You gentlemen need to spine up. Granted I have a slightly different perspective I survived menopause. You could point a gun at me and it would not phase me. I pay for the house and everything in it, you can be as mad as you want but I will not be told where I am sleeping because you are pissed.
Just sparing...the official start of testy season starts when a thread is locked or someone one gets 'time out' from the forum...
