Oh, and fill up in KY before you leave it or wait until MO. Not sure the price in KY but MO is way cheaper than here in IL.

My Dad coming to the lake for the weekend priceless. We talked business for a half hour this morning and then he said I want a pontoon ride with you and your sister. Talked more estate family business rather than actual business, evidently I have a place in Florida now my Mom wanted the place in the trust for us kids.

@Sota I disliked your post…. Not because I didn’t like it, but just wanted to make sure that you continue to be the reigning king of the dislikes…

    you’re welcome

Spent the last 4 years working and living 100 miles from home 15 days a month. Had to have a decent salary to pay medical bills and keep my kids on my health insurance. Seems like all that paid off and my wife has a job she loves and I am living with my family 100% of the time. Those 4 years were a real beat down, but things are on the rise! Thankful for my family.

After making his first All Star team in baseball this spring, my oldest is heading to a new school for middle school. They have a sixth grade football team and he wants to be quarterback. I told him heading into a new school, he was going to have work his tail off and show up to camp and preseason practice ready to go, if we waited until then, he wouldn't have a chance.

In response, he asked for a training program: 4 days/week he sprints, does agility work, and footwork drills in the mornings on his own while I am at work. Twice per week, we do strength training workouts in the evenings when I get home. Four days per week we are running pass plays and hand offs in the evenings at our church's gym to get out of the heat.

I have always known he had an incredible work ethic. But, his attitude and work this summer has blown me away. I have been a little worried that I would make him hate it pushing him this hard, but, he has loved it and wants me to push him harder. This morning, he saw me writing the strength training workout for tonight and told me to make it harder. His hard work is paying off. I just hope he gets a fair shot, he deserves it. I don't know of too many 11-year-olds who want to work this hard and actually enjoy it.

Yes, it was an outstanding movie.

I stumbled across another one that was phenomenal as well: “The Last Full Measure”.

Just seen Live PD is back on the air starting in 3 minutes on Reelz network. Called On Patrol Live

That was the biggest disappointment at the start of the Pandemic as it was going to be my crutch  . Glad they brought it back and hope it is as good as it had been.

We watched “The Last Full Measure” this evening. It was an amazing true story show.
