Just in the side of my hip, more toward towards the back than the front. It only hurts after the bike. I could usually walk it out but lately it's wanting to linger Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
Give this a try if you are not already doing it. If this works, I can give you some exercises to strengthen the muscles so it goes away.
Since covid I have gained 5 #' that just won't go away...it goes down and back up 5#' everyday other day. I have stayed keto lowered calories upped protein and activity. I'm wondering if the raking and hauling rocks with moving wood and cutting trees has built some muscle and maybe that's the issue. How much could I gain in muscle?
As someone who has spent decades trying to build and gain muscle I’m of the opinion that you didn’t build that much muscle. Just stay the course it will come off. With the weather getting warmer there will be more opportunities to get out and away from the refrigerator. At the end of the day a caloric deficit will do the work if given enough time.
Down 30 lbs so far. Got my home gym finished and signed up for some remote training yesterday. Hoping to drop another 30. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk

Thanks...though if I get away from the frig. Much more I'd have to stop eating all together....I fast 18-20 hours every day. Save the occational weekend morning eggs with the hubby. I just broke my fast today with a pork lion chop and a SF propel.
Think I tore something in my left forearm 6 weeks ago. Still can't do pullups or pick up weights heavier than maybe a 60 lb dumbell without pain as it inserts into my elbow.
If it's not getting any better after all this time, you might have to go see the doc. Good luck! Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
if the pain radiates up the forearm and into the elbow, it sounds like an elbow injury with weakness in the forearm as a symptom. Could just be a bad case of tennis or golfer’s elbow. Go get it checked out.
I've had something similar in my forearm/elbow for a very long time. Pretty sure I tore something when I was younger and never really thought about it to get it fixed. Can't play golf or tennis. When I throw a baseball/football/Frisbee longer than 5-10 minutes my forearm/elbow are on fire. Noticed it when I was deep sea fishing and was burning after jigging the giant weights all day. Has never hindered me in my day to day life outside of those few strenuous activities though.
A. J. and I took a 2 mile walk down into the valley to pick up my car. OMG....this is just the steepest hill my knees are killing me. Seriously no wonder why going down the hill even in my car scares me...lol 1st gear the whole way.

I haven't been posting much here but just to let everyone know, I'm still hitting it five times a week. I hit a couple spots where I felt a little ran down so I eased up a bit but was back to normal pretty quick. Just thought I'd check in. Hope everyone is well and staying on course. Was supposed to be hitting the AT tomorrow, but we pulled the plug last night. Glad we did. I’ve had a rough couple days days with bronchitis…one of my sons tested positive for C-19…lives in Atlanta…
