I would like to curse the sky, it is windy as hell again. This winter in central Minnesota it was the coldest winter in 8 years and had the record most days with 30+ mph wind gusts and 12 days with peak 40+ mph wind gusts.

this is for a regular-size appetizer of wings...usually 10 sections for $9.99. I think a couple months back I saw they had raised the price to 12.99. Now this

Should see the price in the store for raw wing segments.

The price of wings has gone up dramatically. We are having a hard time even getting them for the bar.

Due to the eye ordeal? How is that going?

Hopefully if it was, you'll have a chance to get back to what you want to do and not stuck at a desk.

    Let's Go Brandon!

I hope all these ritzy mother effers and their counterparts enjoy the chit they created. Small business owners can no longer make their profits on the little things by attracting with the more unprofitable things.

Socialism will be enacted when a 6 pack of Ramen costs $5 or more.

nah, I can't eat that. Too much grease makes the bottom crust all soggy. But I do like their thin crust.
Best 'deep dish' in Chicago area is Connie's middleweight. about 3/4 as thick as most deep dish, their sauce is good, and they have spicy capicola ham as a topping option and it's the best!

Only issue with Connie's is there are not a lot of locations. That's my rant.

It was a cold, windy bastard of a winter in ND. Even now the wind still sucks most days. We are down to one calm day per week it seems. I probably just jinxed it and we will lose the one calm day. So sick of this wind.

I realize that I am getting old and there are many things, seems like more and more that I just do not get. I just saw a commercial for Jambys boxer shorts with pockets. Who in the hell needs pockets in their underpants?

A freezer full of squirrels has its advantages….

For the price of a couple pounds of chicken wings you could just buy a squirrelinator and a bag of deer corn for bait. Within a week you’ll have more squirrel wings than you can shake a stick at. (A .22 rifle works well also. It’s more work than using the trap but it’s a heck of a lot more fun)

    https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/catchmor-squirrelinator-trap

    Easy Squirrel Wings -

    Ingredients:
    • 4 squirrels skinned and quartered
    • 2 cups flour
    • Vegetable oil or shortening to fill skillet ¼ inch deep
    Sauce:
    • 2/3 cup hot pepper sauce (Texas Pete, Crystal, Frank’s, etc)
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
    • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    • salt
    Directions
    1. Bread your squirrel quarters
    2. Fry your squirrel quarters
    3. Sauce your squirrel quarters
    4. Eat your squirrel quarters
Basically you cook them exactly like you cook chicken wings, except you use squirrel legs instead of chicken. They’re tastier than chicken too.

People who work from home… webcams only see what’s above the desk so if you’re working remotely over zoom then pants are entirely unnecessary. The drawback is that no pants = no pockets to put your **** in. That’s no longer an issue thanks to the invention of drawls with pockets.

Nobody in my home hangs around in their underpants, not ever. Then again 1 wall is all glass.

Wings...it has driven me nuts for the last two years. My thoughts. Who the hell is paying this 3.69
, NOW over 4.00 a pound for what amounts to skin bones and A touch of actual meat? You can buy whole, skin on,bone in meaty chicken breast for 1.89, NOW the same to 2.89. It's blooming crazy! Here's an idea. Take some spicy pork rinds grind them fine chunk up that cheaper chicken roll in egg and the rinds and toss them into the air fryer until crisp. Dip in wing sauce..you get about the same taste.

So this afternoon decided to roll the truck over the mound of dirt in the front yard because mowing will be happening within the next 3 weeks.

Packed the top layer down so compact I can't use a rake to level it again to use rain or the hose to keep it wet and settling.

Going to have to buy a two stroke cultivator or a tiller to break up the top few inches again to get it even again. Probably just going to seed it at that point and have a bit of a mound through the summer.

The gift that keeps on giving......
