Today I took the dive and went down the hill on the back side of our hills ridge. I added another 2/3 mile to my 3. Oh man the trek back was a lung burner and I had to pull A.J. up the last 1/3. I also, thanks to new town road signs, have a dirt road that I thought was private isn't. So next Friday after a week of this new addition I'll be adding more with a trek down that lovely flat road. For those of you that are carnivore...I made a great venison crust pizza for my OMAD. It was a tad dirty with the addition of spices. I ground up venison with a spoon of bacon grease, spices and 2 eggs. I made it to just under a paste in my food processor. Bacon greased a cast iron skillet and spread the meat around bottom and just a bit up sides so it was very thin with a crust lip. Then baked in a 400 ° oven until well set...mine was 20 mins. I then added cheese and thin pepperoni and put it back in until cheese is well melted and pepperoni is cooked. I was able to remove it from the pan with my pizza spatula in one pie piece. Cut it with a pizza cutter into slices...So good!

With the nicer weather starting up we have been getting out on the bikes some. Did 28 miles a few days ago, ran a couple miles one day this week. rode 15 miles today, rows, pull downs, push ups, ez curls, speed bag, OHP, good girls, glutes. BJJ tomorrow.
Pretty darn sick but still got in a half mile walk with A.J. and have gone from second floor to basement several times today doing laundry. I even got a couple of hours in ironing. Yes a mild left arm work out but one none the less. Made venison meat loaf for dinner with roasted potato for hubby. Ready to just pop in the oven . Now for a nap.....
Long call night…just going through the motions at the gym today. I’ll put some Goggins on and knock out a run tonight.
Good girls bad girls, glute bridges, heels to heaven, Turkish get ups, leg extensions, wrist curls, farmers carry, DB shrugs. 2 mile run. Can’t seem to find the motivation to run longer. macros have been on point.
Upper Body lift today. My boys started baseball yesterday so I was out running around the ball field for two hours yesterday running practice.
Finally getting back into the gym the last 2 weeks. I've been doing 50 push ups a day for a while now and will be upping that to 75-100 depending how I feel. Have also been doing 50 curls/50 overhead press/50 rows/50 chest press/50 squat a few times every week with a 20lb dumbbell. Have been running 2 miles on 6.5 speed and walking another mile on the treadmill. Can make it 1 1/2 miles before I need to stop and walk which is pretty good for me. I've never been a long distance runner. My diet has been good as well. Need to start eating more protein though.

Good to see everyone is still getting after it. Not much to discuss on my end. Short post call session today. Inc DB press, DB shrugs, DB curls, tri extensions, lateral raise, Swiss bar OHP, Turkish get ups. Will ride the bike before BJJ. Need to save some energy for these No GI sessions. Them youngins move really fast. Macros are on point, dropped a couple pounds, still in no danger of looking good at the beach… stay after it!
Since I'm only one day a week at the hospital now, I've been hitting it pretty hard at the gym, sometimes two sessions a day. But I think my body is wanting to remind me that I am 67. Lately I've had some hip pain after the bike, so I'm going to lay off that thing for a bit and see if it makes a difference. Other than that, all is well. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
