Browns will not land Watson, but I agree Mayfield will not play for the Browns next year.

More haters than Browns fans heckled Ben as a rapist, yet no court nor judge held him accountable. Where was the conviction?

Favre was a pill junky, yet still considered a GB great and Hall of Famer.

Judge not lest ye' be judged yourself.

im still very skeptable with TRUBISKY, but i like what they have done so far with O Line and others. Especially the guard from CHI (Daniels).

I never said a word about either of them.

I’ve lived south of Cleveland my whole life. The most discussed “diss” on Ben was the fact he was accused of rape. For 18 years it’s all I’ve heard.

I hope the Browns do trade for Watson. KARMA.

The Browns/Mayfield thing is going to be an ugly parting.

Chris Mortensen reporting that the Browns have stated they want an "Adult" at the QB position and will likely move on without Mayfield.

Steelers should back off the Trubisky deal and go after Mayfield. He'd get 2 revenge games a year

Steelers to sign Myles Jack as well, 2 years 16 million.

Colbert trying to go out with a bang. I'm actually impressed, aside from Trubisky at the moment, with the free agency moves. Not a normal Steelers trait, I'd like to see a cap breakdown though. Still have some in house signing to complete as well.

Not so sure, they will not have a sexual predator or a less than average QB on the roster. Not like they were on the door step of making a playoff run. Watch they will bring in Kapernic.

Baker wants traded over irreconcilable differences. Browns say no

The Browns need new ownership and a complete organizational rebuild.

Now the question comes. Will Mayfield hold fast to his demand and refuse to play for them? Or, does he cave and toe the line?

I don't care what team it is, if you look into trading to replace your franchise QB, there is going to be major harm done unless it is at the request of the QB, which in this case was not, until now.

How many players on the Browns will support him and push back as well?

I'd even make a bet Jerry Jones is a bit bitter another team is showing him up

I'm telling ya, I said it couple years ago, Brown and Bell set a bad precedence leaving Pittsburgh like they did. Pittsburgh should have let Brown sit out his remaining contract and not much they could have done with Bell, he lost a lot of money in his prime years and went nowhere fast after.

Brown got exactly what he wanted from multiple teams and look at him soar now.

This crap will become more common moving forward, I'll even wager a nickle that the "Franchise Tag" becomes debatable like OT rules is now.
