Somebody burned down a planned parenthood facility in Knoxville TN. While I will not condone acts of violence like this, it is just a clump of bricks, correct?

So Mrs. Noodles and I were at several grocery stores this weekend. Why? Because every one we went to had square foot after square foot of empty shelves. I even took a few pictures with the intent of posting them on here but never got around to it. And now today I see this again

The lack of bagged salad is due to a massive recall due to a fecal finger infestation.

Went to the store ober the weekend and was surprised to see all the biscuits and breads(tubed) depleted. Not sure if Pillsbury is having issues or what was going on. It was all items though, didn't look at the lunch meats/lunchables they were bare awhile back.

tonight's (Monday) episode of TimCastIRL with Mike Rowe was OUTSTANDING.
Please, spend 2 hours of your time and watch it.

Never seen anyone serve as the nexus and catalyst between all the different personalities and opinions like Rowe did tonight.

I watch TimCast a lot, and admittedly think there's usually a lot left half baked and/or unrealized.
Tonight, everything came out on the table at the same time.

FFS; the fact that consumer math (personal finance, compound interest, etc) isn't a pre-requisite to graduate from every public high school is the biggest scandal and honestly tragedy in human history...and ONLY Mike Rowe is talking about it regularly on any sort of a national platform.

I really think Mike Rowe may be the most relateable and sensical man on the planet.

No joke- if I had been afforded any sort of a consumer math education as a high schooler- I would now easily be a multi-millionaire (I'm not.)

I didn't figure it out on my own until I was in my late 20s; and it took me over a decade to dig myself out of the financial ignorance of my young adulthood. Unbeknownst to me, I was trading my future capital in exchange to sate my short term avarice at a very high interest rate.

I'll watch or listen to anything Mr Rowe says. He is a freaking beacon of intelligence and rationality. The way I heard it is a great pod cast even though it has morphed over the years
