I used his old stuff a couple times and I got a good amount of action on those spring / summer time mineral sites. I would buy his minerals again, I thought they attracted deer pretty quickly.
If any of you are going to the Iowa Deer Classic March 4th-6th we will have a booth. We'll have our mineral, feed, attractants and 7 food plot blends plus some SWEET hats, shirts and hoodies. Tom, I was going to come to the show yesterday and harass you for a while, but we ended up having tornados the night before and all hell broke loose. We had one fatality locally and some injuries and several places completely destroyed. I could hear the largest tornado on the south edge of town from our house. Way too close. My nephew had a brand new home in Norwalk that got hit and I went there for the day to help him clear trees and get his garage door pushed back out enough to work among many other things. The weirdest thing was his new sod was stripped from the ground and twisted into strips and thrown onto the next hillside. We spent hours relaying the sod in his yard. Insane how much suction a tornado has. We cut up large trees in his and his neighbors yards that did not even come from their properties. Whole trees that were probably at least 30' tall just pulled from the ground and thrown for who knows how far. Rough day for several parts of Iowa. We lost our nature center that was completely filled to the rafters with taxidermy mounts. Some things that will likely never be replaced. Woke up this morning to 5" of fresh snow. Springtime in Iowa is stupid at times.
Glad you are ok Dave. It was crazy Saturday that's for sure. The pictures I saw from friends were terrible.

Holy moly! I tossed a few handfuls or back to check on the backyard deer,normally 2-4 wander in for some occasional white acorns. My wife said we had quite a few additional visitors. I'll be using the rest of the bag on my other property. Good stuff, thanks Tom!

I have had deer hit this stuff within two hours of putting it out. It flat out works. I need to get my sites freshened up and I have a couple more to put in at new locations. This is a good reminder.
