@mike4christ congrats to your daughter! This morning hunt was really slow. One doe. Heard a buck grunting way before daylight couldn’t see tho. Went out this evening, only saw a doe. Going out tomorrow morning, my shoulder and back have been giving me issues lately. I have scoliosis and have had 3 surgeries and thats why i only shoot 50 to 60lbs but pulled the bow back in the stand today and wasn’t bad just struggled a little but hopefully i can get one down soon. Had a really good hunt yesterday evening. Saw about 12 does, 100 inch 8 point at about 25 yards and then 140s 8 or 10 chasing a doe about 80 yards is the closest they got. Can't get back out until this weekend. Think I have a really good chance in December cause I got radishes all around me and that is about the only food source in my area.
Trying to! lol We need does too! All it takes is 50 points to be back on top but i know that won't hold us on top. Any points matter! Have a good feeling about this weekend even tho the wind isn't looking to great for this weekend.
