Up in an old new set last time here I took a 6 pt coming off chestnuts. This is where big 8 entered our place yesterday Y. I have Renzo out wind just good enough to give him good movement. Hunter next door showed up.that's good they have all been down there. He'll be kicking them up with movement and smells. Besides his other nieghbors to west....I boarder his other 3 sides. I kicked up a deer bedded behind the new rub from yesterday. It didn't go far and never blew. Good luck pm.
I moveddown to the creek bottom to get out of the wind. I’ve killed a few doe down here including one last year. Beautiful spot, we’ll see what happens
Rain is gone, sun is back out with blue bird skies. Just need the wind to lay down a bit more. Three hours to go. Come on horny bucks, bring your stupidity my way.
Well, at least the guy sighting in his rifle the day before gun season is doing it at 2:30 instead of 4:30. He better be across the line on private because this is an archery only WMA.
Slithering through this ditch. Wind hitting me directly in my face holes. Thicket towards the end. Walking during gusts. 5 or 6 finger ridges dump in down here. This is the only place the wind is straight
Got in about 30 mins ago, little late for what I wanted today. Was trying hard to finish a quick gun blind after a buddy called and said my home made bale blind collapsed. Good day to be in the blind in the bottoms. 30 degrees, light snow, and 30-50 mph wind gusts. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
90” 8 just crossed from a different ridge over. I’m on the ground and probably screw myself getting in a tree. But the tree would give me a better shot

With the wind swirling a little higher and being skylined, I think I’m gonna stand in this ditch. The wind is beyond perfect blowing my scent right back up this ditch to the road. They’ll never find me here! I’m set up! Lol
Out in this blustery SW wind. Can't kill them from my couch. It will take a miracle to shoot a big buck here today.
