Yup waste of time talking to him. However, perhaps his boss should somehow learn of his behavior while representing the company

That is the thing the guy works for one of my reps, so not like he is a customer and in a way he represents my company. He was not a jack ass last night and was on time today.

Was that USPS (Let's go Brandon!) or another carrier?

Sorry late to the quarantine convo...

I got a package from Pakistan via DHL in 6 days. Thought for sure it would have been held in customs for a week or longer. Have another on the way that should be here Monday or Tuesday that shipped Tuesday.

No clue why it says delivered to Franklin Park, IL though.

The wife has always been a penny pincher. I am not so it has worked out great cause she keeps me in check. The youngest daughter got engaged and now is planning out her wedding. She is not a penny pincher and the wife some how blames me for that. Drives the wife crazy. So I thought long and hard on how much we should contribute to her wedding knowing the wife would not like that amount. I get home from work and we start talking about the wedding. I very carefully suggest my amount. While I wait for the oh hell no... she looks at me and says no. She throws out her amount she thinks it will cost us. It is 3 times higher then my amount !!!!!!!! She then says that is if we are lucky but it will probably be a lot more knowing Britney.

I don't know what happened to my penny pinching wife but I want her back !!! Tomorrow they go shopping for the wedding dress while I work. I have to work cause I found out tonight I am also paying for the dress.

What we've done with our kids is tell them we're gonna write you a check for $x... Spend it as you want. Our kids have had humble weddings and a big of a nest egg to get started.

Next kid is getting married very soon.

When I was in corporate training and I called IT with an equipment problem. .. they use to tell me I had a Duey problem and they would be right over. Before I retired I asked one of the IT guys what was a Duey problem with the equipment. His answer... Dumb User Error.

We used to call them Chair to Keyboard Interface Problems. Or “ID 10 T” problems.

    Got them here too.

Open a ticket because our system was down and we could not send out our Advance Ship Notice. Customer requires it be sent within 30 minutes of shipping time.

Help Desk comes back with a Level 4 urgency code....that is the code of death. Here that means there is a "work around" and the issue is not urgent.

WHAT!? The is NO work around. They system works or it does not. This is a level 1 issue.

3 days to bother to even look at the issue. Customers are not pleased when their product hits their dock and they don't have that ship notice. All hell breaks loose and the incidences go on your "permanent record"

Not the systematic approach, but I guess they were thinking customer could be called...?

In my case it was a charge code finance set up, but it my accepted in the application... By the time I was contacted, the code worked... Our problem ticketing system, wouldn't let me close the ticket... Enough... Smdh

PEBCAK. Problem exists between chair and keyboard.

Nope. Specified to be sent by electronic data interchange. This information thusly resides in both systems.

One shipment builds upon the prior.

Got lucky on the dress. They were having a moving sale. Britney got the dress for a fourth of the original price. I also want to do the same as what you have done. They can work with that as it should cover the wedding as far as food, renting a place and most other things. Hard to believe a $2500 wedding in my day is $15,000 and more now days.

Wife and I got married on a river. Kid you not we asked some conservation group if they had ever had a wedding on their river property and they said no. A measly $500 later we had an awesome wedding on the river bank then slipped up to some manor house in the nearby city.

Simple things........ that become not so simple.

Last thing I needed to do to the 4 wheeler is change out the petcock. Drain 2 gallons out of the tank so I can pull it back and tilt onto its side. Get the old one out and grab new one, fuel nipple on different side, no biggie. Get it all installed and fire it up, everything seems good so put tank back on and put gas back in it. Get all the plastics back in place and turn gas valve back on. Drip, drip, drip.

Leaking right at the line on the valve. Nipple on the new valve(not OEM) is smaller than the original and spring clamp not small enough. Tear apart the garage looking for one small adjustable clamp, checked everything with a small engine, nothing.

Get in the truck and go to O'Reilly's. Grab new fuel line just in case and they are out of hose clamps. FJB! Luckily they had a few different style behind the counter so $1.99, for one clamp, later and 4 wheeler is back together and running even better than when I rebuilt the carb last Summer. Damn near pulls the front wheels from a stop and it's a utility and auto.

New battery will be here Tuesday, battery tender isn't keeping it at full charge so don't want to chance having to pull start it on a cold morning.

    Wow, lots of good,justified rants.
Got one myself and still pissed off as it's my 9wn fault.
Went and bought a new lightweight camo jacket. Was in a hurry, tried it on and it fit well.
But the f/>king pockets ain't big enuff to even stick my hands in.
Again, my fault but who the hell builds a jacket that won't even hold a candy bar.

Got home last night dead tired, got up this morning and noticed. The house is a complete mess, it has never been this chaotic. I asked my wife when she got up, yeah the the house is a mess and I was told my grandson made the mess. I will start cleaning when I get home, my wife will think I am kissing up or up to something. Drives me nuts to have the house a mess.
