I miss y’all wholeheartedly and hope everyone here has been well since I was active on here way back in the day. I’m in my junior year at Clemson now and about to start applying to dental schools. I’ve been so busy, but I hope to get back on here like old times. With my altered lifestyle has come with a massive decrease in free time overall, and thus far less opportunities to hunt. I killed 2 does last year and a smaller buck the year before, but I’ve been in a definite drought since starting college. So this one feels pretty damn good. Got it done on my first sit of the season…and he’s one of my biggest bow kills. It was raining, I heart shot him, and he fell over dead in 50 yards. It was epic, and I just had to share. I’m braced for the weed jokes now.
Awesome buck and good to see you again. I guess you'll have a hard time topping that one but I know you'll try. Congrats too you. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
Nice! Congrats. Always nice to squeeze in a successful hunt when you don't have a ton of time. Sent from my SM-G781V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Nice buck. Good mass and chocolate. Congrats! And good luck with dental school. Will pay off (literally). Stay at it
Great to see you Shane! Glad you checked in, we've been wondering how things have been going. That is awesome, applying to dental school! Congrats on the buck too! Keep in touch!
Not too shabby for one sit! Congrats on your personal best! What did he end up scoring? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Awesome buck Shane, glad you haven't totally lost the interest in bow hunting. Just the lack of time Greaaaaaaaat BBBBBuck
Very proud of you Shane! Great job on crushing school, killing bucks, and hanging around daisy duke wearing southern women.
Hell yeah! Welcome back bruh, by the way we are all saddle hunters now; well, the folks at that matter anyway. We’re all super light weight and get super high in straight branchless trees we totes could never get in without a saddle.
It’s damn near legal every where, I figured everyone wasn’t saying anything bc it was the “new norm”. Maybe that’s not what they were talking about on the news. Congrats on the deer!
Congrats and welcome back @Shane0709! That is great buck on any sit, even better it was your first. Good luck applying for dental schools. There is a dental program here at the med school where I work at UAMS in Little Rock. If by chance you end up here, let me know and I get you going in the local hunting.
