    Had an hour left after work and after reading this thread, I'm in a VT tree. Sitting over beans and apples, with Turnip, Clover and corn nearby. Never know what can happen. Deer have stripped almost all the leaves off the beans since October 1 or so. Good luck everyone! 20211009_181418.jpg

    I still play back all my shots in my head on occasion. Never really leave I guess. That’s what keeps you going sometimes when you are not seeing any deer

    Well cant get pics to load down here. 2021 and im in a dead zone with my i phone 12 that i had perfect reception with my iphone 7

    Im in a staging area next to cut corn. Im in a bottom that was logged 3 yrs ago and there is all kinds of deer sign in here. First time in here this year. Acorns are raining down right between me and the corn. I got word someone saw a good buck down here from the road. Anything goes tonight though. I didnt get soaked and chewed alive to go home empty handed…. Which I probably will anyway :lol:

    Had one come in at last light. Hung up about 20yds behind me. Never did get to see if it was a Buck or Doe. Stayed till pitch dark. It never spooked when climbing down. Could still hear it moving around behind the tree as I moved off away from it.

    96 degrees and 15-20 mph winds earlier but I am out anyway.

    wind dying down somewhat and cooler as well. 1 more hour of shooting light. No movement yet.
