    Great pictures! What kind of camera do you take with you? I feel mine would make too much noise - unless you have a bigger zoom lens on. That third one, I love how the lighting is!

    I have taken wildlife photos for years and you are correct the “click” can spook deer and put them on alert, especially mature deer.it’s a trade off I have always accepted as I enjoy photography as much as Bowhunting.

    ‘However, they have finally improved the “mirror less”cameras to the point that you can take quality pictures with them and they have a setting that is 100% silent and works excellent for wildlife. These pics were taken with a Nikon mirrorless Z7 and a 70-200mm 2.8 lens made specifically for that camera. Other than it being very pricey, I couldn’t be happier with quality of pictures and functionality for wildlife photography.
