I saw the mention of ice cream!!!!!! I can't get enough ice cream! Chocolate chip cookie dough or coffee cookie dough are my favorites, but I'll eat just about any kind of ice cream, and lots of it. Most likely why I am overweight, but life is too short.
Great thing about this keto diet...all ice cream needs to be home made...stores around here don't carry the keto brands...butter pecan so,so good!

I only eat vanilla ice-cream and only on a piece of pie. I will not eat anything chocolate, it tastes like dirt to me.
My wife just started that and lost 12 lbs in first week. Im sure alot of water weight but it made her smile so.
Well Germ I won't argue with you. The divorce rate is dropping because people are not getting married like they used to.. half glass full is fine, I too look for the things in life that keep my spirits up. So glad you pointed that out. Both my kids in long term relationships. Son with kids ,15 yrs and daughter 21 yrs. That's just our kids I can make a long list of LONG TERM relationships that have not needed a certificate .
While I certainly agree there are many aspects I agree that there are certain aspects of our society and political policy that boggle my mind. Things aren't as bad as we are lead to believe. I encourage you to read Hans Rosling's "Factfulness".

A lot depends on where and how you live. Where I am currently, the quality is down...in a few years when I am able to buy some land and move to where I hunt and live with like minded folks, life will be good or at least better. But as a nation, and as a public school teacher, I know for a FACT, we are in trouble.

Here in Minnesota people are pulling their kids from public schools, people with $ are sending their kids to private schools the rest are home schooling. Personally I am not pro home school but the crap the kids are exposed to in public schools makes me believe home schooling may be a better option. Teacher are there to teach not indoctrinate or teach kids that they are racist because they are white.
