Says the person responsible for more than half of my dislikes bc my political opinion doesn't align with hers. That's rich.

I gave you one, the tie breaker. We were neck and neck so I expect one more so we will once again be tied.

No it didn't. I only acted as childish as you to see what it feels like. Now I know and man do I feel stupid. How do you live like this 24/7?

They come here to escape abject poverty and persecution from mostly Socialist countries that have failed for generations. Oh, and the free healthcare, education, food, housing...................not for work. There are legal means to working here. I have friends that employ legal migrant laborers.

But, you had to already know that. To claim differently would mean you have a room temperature IQ and swallowed the hook-line-and sinker of the liberal fallacy.

Yeah, my subcontractors hire plenty of them and I'm pretty sure nationally it is the same in my industry. But to make claims over 50% are just riding the system for all it worth is simply untrue, cannon fodder. Im sure these fact sheets I've posted are false as well and completely askew but here they are. Using statistics is a great thing but both parties misrepresent them for their arguments and somewhere in the middle is the truth.

I never stated a percentage. And just for argument's sake, even if it was only 10% on the take, it would be enough to put a huge strain on our already struggling healthcare and educational systems, not to mention the economic impact on our social services. Especially when you consider the idiotic policies of our current president and his border situation.

Another member had presented that argument earlier in the thread.

Yes. Periodic returns as we still have a few holdings and a house we just finished. But I'm not spending the next 30 years of my life concerned about things that'll never change and probably only get worse. We still own a couple of businesses but have no plans of moving them to another country even though they're primarily internet based.

They certainly wont change with an attitude like that. If you really don't care, then don't vote for the party that guarantees our failure. I'm sure you will be allowed to vote absentee as many times as you like, just make sure you give the rest of us a fighting chance to save our country from the Ilhan Omar's and AOC's of the current administration. Some of us still love our country enough to do something about it rather than give up.

Not so much moving but always moving. We bought a ocean worthy catamaran and a place in Belize. I've been looking at hunting trips in the Ukraine and Kazakhstan for 2023 since we plan on being in the Mediterranean by then.

It's best not to sell everything. I'm happy to manage your hunting property.

Every last person in this country has given up, if they hadn't we wouldn't have a failing two party system that only truly benefits the elitist billionaires. You bring up those two politicians and fail to mention their equally horrible polar opposites like Cruz, Gaetz or MTG. Like being a greedy bought and payed for politician is exclusive to a single party. When compromise became such a deplorable action in the eyes of each party we the people lost and Corporations won. So, we can stick around and watch socialism or Plutocracy win but not a true democracy. Now, this is my opinion for those ne'er do wells on here that cannot understand anything other than what their told. The wife and I did our part and amassed our small fortune. We fostered at risk teenagers, started businesses that employees people we take care of like family and did as much as we could while we could. Giving up, I dont think so and really that is below average intelligence to make that assumption. We are living an adventure the one time we get to walk this earth and no longer concerning ourselves with the constant dribble that so many "live" for.

Holding on to it for another five years or so and then probably sell it to a developer.
