I had a lease in Kansas for this season that we just lost and now I have tags for two units and no land. Going to try and hunt public out of state for the first time. I read about the walk-in access program? Am I allowed to hunt those areas with my tags or do I need to register with this program? Any advice would be appreciated.

I believe as long at the WIHA is in those 2 units and the tags aren't "Land Owner" tags. you can use them on WIHA. I am not aware of any registration to access WIHA unless that is something new. Now there are limited access parcels where you will need to check in / out of via the app....
