Okay, twist my arm, LOL! It's settled, I'll be out in the morning! I'm gonna hunt in a spot I've put my dad in that is only a few hundred yards from where we park. That will keep the sweating down for sure as opposed to my mile walk in the other morning.

Trust what is standing is strong. This is a vessel loading facility for the oil field in Port Fourchon, LA. This is where the eyed made land fall.
Nothing this morning. I’m all done with morning hunt until late October. I’ll be going out tomorrow afternoon and scout my way in until I find something I want to see. The past two hunts were basically hang and hope going off previous experience. Now the real season begins!

No thermacell? I've noticed the mosquitos are horrible this year from it being such a wet summer. I got to stop at Walmart on my way to the woods this afternoon to pick up another 12 hour supply.
