    14 and 4.5, then every two minutes reduce the incline by two until you get to 0 then back up again till 14. 32 minutes, 350ish calories. I try to do it 3x a week.

    I see you hunt Hawaii and that has me intrigued, I just spent a week in Maui. Saw a ton of sheep but no Axis deer (wasn’t hunting).
