Any maryland hunters in here. September 10th is getting close. I'll be starting my season in the mountains of Colorado then coming home to the marshes. Hoping for a repeat of this... Sent from my SM-N981U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Maryland old man here, shooting bow and working my way into shape. Each year it is harder and harder on the old body but I am still getting after it. Good luck on your season. V/r Dave
I'm still here also. Haven't done much for hunting. I did order a new stand and just built 6 new arrows for the trad bow. Plan on hunting more this year with the long bow. Haven't started shooting much, but it's time. Good luck guys! The season will be here before we know it. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Looking to make a trip to some public up there this year. Never been so looking forward to what the state has to offer. Good luck
Haven't been to Maryland in a few years but its back on the list this year! Looking forward to getting down there again! Good luck this year!
I live in and hunt Maryland pretty exclusively for Sika. After Mule Deer in Wyoming and Elk in Colorado to start September ill be hunting the marshes until November when I head to Illinois for Whitetail and then ill be back in the marsh until January 31
Use to live in Frederick and learned to hunt there as well. Maryland is still one of my favorite places to hunt, never got the chance to hunt the sika deer. But eventually I'll make it back for a chance to take a sika.
You hunt black water or have private land? Sent from my SM-N981U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Hammer I've seen a few nice stag's you've taken, Marsh if you have any, would love to see? I hunted public twice for them , heard bugles, smelled him, saw a small hind and got busted by a spike. People say they taste incredible? where to you guys rate it? Me, Elk, Buffalo then Venison. Hammer did you see Chief officially took Sika out of contest, please feel free to share you successful hunts here, always look forward to your pictures. Good luck this year guys.
