Would the Lions winning the super bowl be one of those things?

Well that would be a foolish wager. Don't torture yourself and put money on that.

He'll play this year, only a fool would give up all that money. Bell gave up all his money plus a year of his prime and look at him now.

Rodgers knows if he really wants to go elsewhere it would be best to show even when disgruntled you still honor your contract.

10 more nights, Steelers vs Cowboys in the Hall of Fame Game. Kinda weird now with a 17 game season and 3 game preseason. I used to think the teams that played in the HOF game got screwed because they lost a week of training camp with travel and game planning and having to play 5 preseason games. Now with only 3 preseason games to get the roster down I'm wondering if it is now a good thing to play in it and have that extra game to fine tune things.

With an odd number of games for the season, ties are going to become even more controversial. I think it is time to get rid of the tie, have thought it well before now, but now more than ever. start the clock at 0:00 on kick off and have it count up until game is won. Nix the each team gets the ball unless a TD is scored and get back to true sudden death fottball.

I agree, and truthfully I have never even considered playing any fantasy league regardless of sport. I have no idea how they work and no desire to learn.

Just read about the games or follow along online. The commercials will make you puke on TV. I’ve tried watching a couple games it’s ridiculous. I use this website called stream East and when it goes to commercial the screen says commercial break but nothing plays.
