We wouldn't be able to hunt both, so we updated our party app to help your odds.

Appreciate that. Don’t figure I’ll draw elk with 1 point, but you can’t draw if you don’t put in. Antelope should be my ace in the hole.

I'm thinking it's gonna take 2.5-3pp to draw WY General this year. But there there may be a unit of two with high cow/mgt objectives... Good luck!

This year is still influx with the boarder still being closed. Add to that that we have almost no application results in yet... so this how my bowhunting time looks so far

August?? Nothing yet , but have a decent shot at two tags

Sept: British Columbia for mountain goat if the boarder opens. Elk in any of three states that I have applications in

October: Running hounds on hare in NH and Maine. Then Heading to KS for deer

Nov: KS and NY for Whitetail

Dec: Mountain loin hunting again in WY

    Jan: Desert Mule Deer

Hopefully a wrench gets tossed in the mix and pull a surprise tag. Elk or sheep please....

Thought you were moving across the boarder... Shouldn't that save you like 30 minutes?

Adirondacks for bear and deer, the finger lakes for some doe, Montana for pronghorn, NC for black bear, Florida for pig and alligator, quite a few other places for coyotes and bobcat.

Thanks to y’all that didn’t apply in Wyoming. I drew a General elk with a single point.
Plans are being changed for the fall.
Headed to Tennessee for a hog hunt in a couple weeks, then Elk Fever will set in.

It looks like the Wyoming application numbers were down a bit this year. I've been holding off for an area that usually takes 10-12 points to draw, and a few people got in on 8 points this year. I have 9 now and will have a 10th soon, so I'll likely be applying for that tag next year.

As for this fall for me - antelope in Wyoming in August, elk in CO in late Sept, then 100% whitetails here in IL once October starts. The first few weeks of October will be dedicated to getting my son on a deer before I start hunting for myself in late October.

Bruh, if @Justin was your dad, you would know not shoot a deer past 40 yards. You'll only hit it in the arse.

Just keep in mind I say "a" deer. That means the first legal animal that walks in front of you. I don't have all season to dedicate to this nonsense.
