Not sure if this was previously mentioned, I apologize if it has. My brother who is a vet uses this concoction on his farm. 1 cup of Golden Marlin fly bait mixed with a liter of Coke. One sip and any animal will drop dead. He would put a bucket below the cup to catch raccoons and possum as they dropped dead. It is lethal, so make sure it is up high were no pets can get to it. The sugar in the Coke is what attracts them. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk
Yeah I did that once, once Also being a vet if he gets caught poisoning wildlife it could be problematic.
I've been told they changed the chemicals in Gold marlin. It won't kill anything but insects now. That's what I heard anyway.
I'm at about 20 so far this year. All from the windows of the cabin. They got into my camper and have destroyed it. I'm now on a real killn mission!
9 so far this weekend so far. All from the cabin windows. The roof of my shed is the "squirrel cemetery "
The chipmunk population seems to be back in check, when it comes to red squirrels I am like Clint in unforgiven go grab the 410 (yes I still have ammo)
I have 10 little green tomatoes on my 2 container plants I will be damned if a chipmunk is going to ruin my fresh home grown tomato experience. There will be traps, there will be gunplay.
I think I only seen one last weekend and it evaded me. Kilt alot this year so far. Greys n fox squirrels are fairly easy to squelch the population but the red chiseling bastards nor so much. The new crop of them will always return in time.
I have no problem with chipmunks or squirrels. The wife shoots them off her bird feeders. LOL My problem is rabbits. They find any small hole in the garden fence and chew up the plants.
