Anybody else making big changes to their set ups this year? Ive made one and thinking about another. Due to a torquing issue cause by losing a good part of my hand, I had to put on an IQ sight with retina lock. I decided to lose the peep and install a nose button. I haven't shot peepless since I was 8 years old. Aside from that, switching back to aluminum arrows is something I'm considering.

Going to change to shorter climbing sticks and run four sticks instead of three. Purely for making easier to sneak through thick brush without getting caught on anything.

I just started messing around with climbing sticks last year. It was getting old running the climber stands up and down everytime I switched stands.

Planning on getting a new bow. Not sure which one yet, something in the $500-750 range. Going to try and shoot some in the next couple weeks. Other than that maybe new/different arrows and different sight

my mind wanders horribly during the off season.
    What/could/should I change?
    I seldom feel totally comfortable.
Its always" dang, that tree 20 yards away looks better"

I chose a regular Solution. Really liked the draw in comfort. Performance was a bit harsh, stacks to the end and dumps pretty hard into the valley, like most speed bows, but comfort builds a bit at the beginning and then just goes back into the valley nicely with a lot less dump.
Really looking forward to being able to tune different arrows myself without the need of a press.

I’ve made the switch to saddle hunting and will be using the phantom, predator XL and the wild edge stepps. Also I am making a change to Sitka gear for this season.... it’s been an expensive off season to say the least lol

Not much going to change for me this year. I love my saddle, love my climbing method/platform, happy with my bow. I'm happy with all of my heated gear (Socks/Vest/Pants) and battery stockpile.

I will be getting new strings put on the bow, and would like to get a warmer jacket. I'm looking at the Sitka Fanatic jacket, but that price...LOL

I have joined the saddle bruh fraternity, having bought everything to do that. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully, I'm not explaining to my wife at the end of the year why I sold everything in the classifieds.

Drop away rest, single pin sight, and completely new arrow setup. Going a little heavier with fixed broadheads. Excited try it out.

no 'major' changes this season .. the biggest thing I'll be doing is deciding on my primary BH that will tip my GT Velocity XT's this season ... Exodus, WickedTrick, Wac 'em 4 blade, Slick Mag's (all 100gr), it will be one of these ... Put a new Tetra HHA sight on a few month's back, so still finalizing the final tape/sight settings on it and the back bar/stabilizer(CBE) has been a plus in accuracy... Primary bow will still be the Elite Ritual 33, Back up bow - '06 Allegiance ...

I've been tossing around the idea of switching over to a drop away rest. I'm still rocking the classic whisker biscuit. I dont know if I'm ready for that change yet, it took me 15 years to try something other than a Muzzy 3 blade.

I am joining the saddle hunting gang as well. I have 2 good bucks, at 2 different properties, that I feel saddle hunting will give me a better chance at killing them.
I am going to use 2 different arrow this year. Easton 4mm FMJs and 5mm FMJs. I am going to use both dials that came with my HHA Kingin sight to dial them both in.
