OK, but: -now conflicting stories whether it was his daughter or wife...(maybe both) the reason he went to Cancun... Does it matter, if you're a father of young (<20yo) daughters or your wife? Your locked in a likely crappy situation and have the means to buy yourself some relief? -He's a Fed Senator. Power for TX is a state issue. So, constitionally, out for fed enumerated powers/scope. -But there is a national disaster? A) State Governor needs to declare disaster (done 2/14) B) Fema needs to respond c) Fema is under US Homeland Security, which falls under which branch of the Gov? (hint not judicial and not legislative; that's right Executive, good job). So wtf do you expect from a wealthy GOP senator? IMHO another Dem & media drive by/smear campaign, (not unity) division (party, family, wealth)... So, remind me why I care? And more importantly, why do sleepy Joe catching hell for playing video games at Camp David the day after the disaster was declared?!
