The terms "conspiracy" and "disinformation" have different meanings based on who you talk to. People can hear the same thing, read the same articles and decipher it completely different ways. This Time article was written with the assumption that Trump is "bad" because he spreads "disinformation" where as Biden is somehow alligned with "truth" and "democracy". Another slanted hit piece. But at least the author is professional about hating Trump lol.
I see it as a sort of brag masked in gilded, moral superiority that is beyond questioning. Author is either a genius who convinced the editors that the right side won, so why keep the conspiracy a secret, or someone who can't see the forrest for the trees.
