I'm up for the last sit on the last day of the season. I'm in a crazy setup. I'm 6 feet off the ground in a cedar tree, right in the middle of a bedding area. Didn't see any deer get up, but never know. Got snow on the ground and a strong wind. Light flurries right now. 2 deer trails in the snow coming straight to the base of this tree. It will be insane if this works, but have nothing to lose! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I may screwed myself and got too close. Still could happen. The spot I wanted to hunt had a fresh set of boot tracks walking right down the deer trail straight into bedding. So that was a no go. This spot has at least 3 deer in it from the tracks that are in the snow. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Well that's it for the season. I did end up going in to close. I thought I might have heard a deer run out right before I setup. On the way out tonight I took the long way out to check the back side of the thicket. Sure enough there were 3 sets of fresh tracks walking out the back. They beat me again! Til next season. Lots of ups and downs for me this year. Over all not a bad season other then wounding that big buck back in October. Going to put alot of miles in this winter looking for him. Overall I ended up with 4 deer and 1 of them being my first trad kill. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

Hey thanks for thinking about me! I'll need to get back to you closer to summer. Priority 1 is elk draws, now in progress...
I’ll be out this weekend for a last minute attempt for a doe Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
She stopped those 2 times and is now just walking. I'm popping to the top of 1 more ridge and then backing out...
