    Putting out some feelers...

    I’ll be in western KY 9/1-9/14 scouting and hunting. I believe the season is gonna start 9/4. Had planned to go with a buddy but he has #3 due on 9/11.

    95 % sure I’ll be hunting Sloughs WMA...

    Any interest ?

    I may have some interest in this. I got the go ahead from the wife to do a out of state hunt this year. Just starting to look into places to try. But always wanted to go to Kentucky

    I was looking at Hometown Inn in Uniontown KY. It’s close, affordable, and only looks some what sketchy lol.

    I live in the same county as Sloughs and have done a lot of waterfowl hunting there and a bit of deer hunting there years ago. I’d be happy to try and answer any questions you might have about the area.

    Oh dang......let me chat with the wife Finny, KY trip in Sept has been something I've wanted for a few years. Sloughs is one of many property files I have a folder saved of with maps and aerials and such.

    I started to look into this a little more. I really like the location. My favorite property to hunt are ones with water and marsh.

    The down side is that its 12.5 hours from my house. Not bad for hunting, but it would be great to get out there in the spring to scout at least once.
