Heres a Red flag. I work with 4 or 5 guys who came over here form Russia about 25 yrs ago to escape communism and socialism. Talk to them now. They are scared ****less. They see what they ran away from creeping into this country and now its full steam ahead.
Been thinking a lot along these lines, reflecting on messaging of the left and that of the media. And I've distilled it down to three factors that grind my gears : 1) messaging tries to play to emotional appeal; 2) the end justifies the means; 3) self-centeredness Fear, passion, greed all appealing to EQ over IQ... It's manipulative,, but resonates greatly, especially in urban areas. The Machiavelli principles also manipulative, codified in leftist beliefs by people like Alinsky to the point of lying or laws aren't a problem, unless caught. But increasingly sympathetic justice activists are there as a backstop. All the above slewing the moral compass along with 'all about me' attention and no personal accountability. We're devolvíng to animals. The pack ladder will provide while others eat, sleep, **** and squander away the day. And conservative thinking is wrong greatly because it is the opposite.
