new here from kentucky, this past season i switched from using an old heavy climber to using climbing sticks and a hang on stand. I used one of the older stands that i had laying around and am curious what stands everyone is running with their climbing sticks. im looking for something light and comfortable. ive looked all over online and just have not been able to make up my mind on which way to go.

    Have you considered a saddle?

I bought a Lone Wolf stand a couple years ago and have really enjoyed it. I do not hunt public much so I pretty much hang it at the beginning of the season and take it down at the end of season, I like it for its weight or lack thereof. Prior to that I had an older hang on, Gorilla or something like that and it weighed a ton. I would suggest signing up for their newsletter, I bought mine after Christmas a couple years ago for a nice percentage off, or maybe it was a code applied at checkout from Bowhunt or Die..?

I don't have a Lone Wolf promo code for us, but I believe NFC50 will get you $50 off any order of $200 or more.

My personal go-to stand for run-and-gun style hunting is the Lone Wolf Assault. For the price you simply can't beat it. American-made and it will last you a lifetime.

Thanks for all the input. Lone Wolf was the way I was leaning and that seems to be everyone favorite. Their site says everything is back ordered right now but I will probably go ahead and order one and hopefully get it by next season. Thanks for the promo code!

You can't go wrong with LW. I have a sit and climb and an Assault hang on. Both are very solid stands. I only use the climber now.

Sit and climb with the flip top seat. Great!
