    Anybody still out trying?
I may go out soon n try to fill my last doe tag.
    I'm transitioning into coyote mode.
Checked on a beaver complaint this afternoon.
Found a bank den. Looked in and got a face full of a 250#bear:jaw:
    Kind cool.

I’ll be back in Illinois on Monday afternoon and back in the stand Tuesday morning. Love December deer hunting! A lot more pleasant since I picked up the Fanatic setup. Need to take a couple does.

    Jsteph.
Where I live, bear tags are over the counter. I will point you in the right direction.
Didn't really feel like it but had time to hunt this evening.
Beautiful out for this time of year. Sat in a slam-dunk doe stand only to be skunked. Lol.

Bnb, I figured you might be in a no-quota zone when I saw NW Minnesota.
Hunted International Falls a few years ago and had a great time. Wife’s aunt owns a cabin around Federal Dam and thought about that area, but it’s draw also.
I may take you up on the offer for a starting point.

Most bowhunters have never thought about doing drives but they are and can be super effective.
So if you guys have a day to get some buddies together, go for it.

Made 2 drives along a river this morning for some friends.
First drive, one missed 3 deer, next drive the other missed one.

They are normally stone cold killer's but they were both off their game today. Lol.

Made a few more drives Sunday.
Since they were struggling with shooting, they vollenteered me.
