Joe, you put forth the work and you saw some good deer. You are an encouragement to us all with your dedication and commitment. I’m sure you’ve learned more about movement behavior in your area to hone in on the deer. Looking forward to what next fall has in store for you
If Joe ever plants his roots in the Midwest he will have his own show, With sponsors out the wazoo. Who knows maybe even his own line of scents and attractants. Most dedicated guy I’ve ever known of. I’m serious.
I can’t speak for @Ridgerunner3 or @LittleChief, I am just now seeing this. My cell service sucked where we were in National Forest. I am still like 40 pages behind on LFTS. I posted a couple updates to our team thread but nothing on here.
Just the 4 deer. Tornado watch sent me to the house. Sent from my SM-G965U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Same here. Run out of the woods by tornado watch in mid November...and it hailed here briefly. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Just wait until everyone finds out his secret to pooping in the saddle. He will be so famous he probably won’t talk to us anymore, lol
My season is mostly over as well. Might make it out in MI with the MZ or x-bow late season, got 2 tags left but with 2 in the freezer it would be big buck only. Going to start paying it forward for next season. Will keep following and cheering along here on LFTS.
Good sit for us tonight. Big shooter skirted the field edge. Came out with a few minutes of shooting light left. Lots of deer moving. Good reminder I need to kill another doe. Joe I admire your work ethic. I hope you can go somewhere next year and kill a giant, you deserve it.
Well guys, I'm back home. What an incredible week of twists and turns. Everything from the death of my birth mother and having to come home for one day for the funeral, to the warm weather, the farmer plowing his fields up. And who can forget the horse running through the woods. I want to thank everyone for all the encouraging words. It definitely helped me get through everything. Honestly, after the funeral, I was ready to quit and not even go back over there. But my hunting partner, and many of you guys were so encouraging, I really had no choice but to go back. And in the end, everything worked out as both me and my hunting partner scored on good bucks. A good ending to a chaotic week. And although I will probably never meet most of you in person, I feel like we are family. God bless you all!! Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
