I see she went with Death Blue for her nails. Wise choice.

20201114_071724.jpg Took the long dark walk to swamp. Caught the hunter next door making a beline for our property. I didn't have the patience to trap him so gave him till just before crossing and pulled out my light. Needless to say he dropped and off went his.being on my cleaned trail he couldn't see me or hear me move down the hill..*******!. Got set up and Wth. Guys next door up at the crack of dawn loading a trailer with scrap metal. . No deer here ..lots of knawing to be heard. I assume musk rats.

So...I'm anti crossbow. Yesterday I bought a crossbow "for the kids" and got it sighted in to 40. It made the trip this morning just for shiggles.

I just had it shouldered, safety off, ready to rock a broadside doe at 35...couldn't do it. My 25 yards and under brain wanted her closer. She caught my thermals and trotted back out to 80 yards.

Well speaking as a respiratory therapist, there is such a thing as cold air induced asthma. Im not saying that's your problem, but if it persists or gets worse, you might check with your doctor.

Absolutely no movement here. This spot has been good many times. I have about 20 acres of bedding out in front of me. I need a buck to push a doe out of there. 1605359782640.jpeg

Guess there are deer..6pt in range but too many trees. Spike chasing 4 or 5 doe. Feeling better now. Now need something closer before I freeze to death.

Hahaha... Man that took a lot of editing....nervous about getting caught.
