huh. Who knew hoodies are so disliked.
I was being serious- I used to use hand muffs but since the development of rechargeable hand warmers I prefer to tuck one in my hoodie pouch. Doubles as a cell phone charger too.

I don't dislike Hoodies, but it doesn't seem practical for me. if it's cold enough that I need my muff then my hoodie is under a couple of layers and not a good spot for me to put my hands because I'd be pulling up my other layers. Not only that and not to be rude, but you didn't answer the question. Thanks for your input.

For someone trying "not to be rude" you did a pretty good job of it.

Actually, you didn't ask a question; you made a statement of fact. I could have just said "who gives a crap?"

Instead, I tried to give you an alternative that in my experience not only works better than the 3-4 brands of muffs I have had over the years but is also cheaper.

    Dislike away...

Regarding hand muffs, I think they can only get "so good". I find if it's cold enough that I need one, I just put a few hand warmers inside. That usually takes care of business.

I have a Cabelas and a Gander both work but I prefer my hand warming pockets with hand warmers.

I don't think so at all.. That's your opinion and thanks for sharing, but I had no intention of being rude, I simply explained why I was looking for an affordable muff and why his solution wouldn't work for me. People love being offended...

    Offended? Nope, not at all.

Listen brother, all @dnoodles did was try to offer an alternative to what you were asking for based on his life experience. You could have simply ignored what he said if you had no interest in his suggestion. Instead of ignoring it though, you disliked his comment and then called him out on it.

By my definition, that is pretty rude. But hey, you are part of an entirely different generation. Perhaps you don't see it that way, and that's fine. I do hope you find what you're looking for and I sincerely wish you the best of luck this season.

We will have to agree to disagree on this one, good luck to you this season. Thanks for your service. As an ARMY vet myself I'd love to insert and NAVY joke about powdered soap or something, but I'm sure you've heard them all.

Yes, I've heard every joke you could possibly make about the Navy, but that shouldn't stop you from posting one. I'm sure others on here haven't heard them all.

I know a lot of Army jokes too. Maybe not as many as I know about the Marines, but I know enough. :tu:

Thank you for your service also!

surprised that after 4 years on this forum you haven't figured out that 'dislikes' are usually reserved for a*hole insults or obvious/outright lies on the political threads.

And in case you haven't noticed, many of the replies on your thread here are of the same opinion as me- handwarmers in pockets are better.

    I'll leave it at that.

Spend a little more and get the sitka incinerator muff, the wind stopper is a great addition.

I'm not interested in following the herd on this forum, I've stated why I've disliked it. I respect your opinion like I stated before but that isn't what I want to do. I removed the dislike because it seems as now your into proving some type of point to me that your response is the correct one. Sure you win! Thanks for informing me on when I'm allowed to dislike something. I'll P/m you when if I'm considering disliking something and be sure to run it by you first!
