LC are you back home or hunting KY? I'm in Bella Vista and the rain has started, lightning off to the northwest.
Good luck LC! Although last night sit wasn't productive for me I got some more recon in the way of pics off the scrape I was hunting over. Looks like there is at least 4 good bucks hitting it. I plan get back out there tomorrow morning if the wind is right!
Pryinclik (spelling?). Radar site. Was sent to incirlik- TDY. Softball tournament. 3 days of fun sun beach and softball. Beer lots of beer. It was a great place to visit
Back home in Missouri. I know there’s a front coming. I was hoping that would improve movement but so far I haven’t seen a thing.
I haven’t even seen a squirrel. Since I’ve seen no sign of any pre-rut activity here I know I’m not going to see a buck this morning. I’m going to stay on stand until 9:30 or 10;00 anyway just to see if anything at all moves.
Good luck all getting out this weekend. I will be attending my nephew’s wedding. Hope to have all work wrapped up by next Thursday afternoon so I can spend the entire weekend in a tree! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I know, I know.. I usually preach the same exact advice! In the past few weeks, I actually forgot to apply it to my clothing at all. This is the first tick I've seen all season on me. I'm definitely keeping an eye on where the wound is. fingers crossed there is no Bulls-eye.
Well I was planning on hunting a different stand tomorrow with the warm weather, but I got two cell cam pictures of different bucks checking out this bedding area this morning and the weather is predicted to be the same tomorrow... I know where I’ll be
According to the radar the storm front is about 2 hours away. Id bet at this point the deer are already bedded down and all set to ride out the storm.
