This may be a dumb one. But all the elites I owned were 27" draw. bowtech 26.5, and now the mathews is 26.5. I keep hearing that mathews runs 1/2 long. if that's the case, is their 26.5 " draw actually a 27? make sense or am I dumb.
I honestly have no experience with this particular question and can't weigh in on the veracity of your supposition in the OP. Maybe dumb. Maybe not. Sorry just got off the phone with a lawyer. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
lmao! what I am saying is....if mathews runs long, and I am a 27" draw but their 26" fits is it still a 27" in reality? so if a tree falls in the woods....
Some men are longer than others. Maybe Mathews is compensating? Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
No clue honestly. I have a Bowtech and a Mathews and they are both the same draw length @ 26.5. BTX 28 and Triax to be more specific. I have a feeling your draw length in your draw length and there could be a little bit of a difference with the distance from axle to axle depending on the bow. Personally I wouldn't care if one bow were 26.5 and the other was 27. The main thing is if it's adjusted correctly and comfortable for you to shoot.
Yeh it's all good. I have dealt with this a few times..it fits and shoots great. just like other bows I have had. elites run short and most other bows are a tad longer for me
I have always thought that. #teamhoyt I have a PSE at 27" and my Hoyt 26.5". Sometimes, I wonder if the Hoyt should be 27" The PSE is older by 10 years, but the anchor point on the corner of my jaw feels more natural than the Hoyt. Tomatoe, tomahtoe.
