Ten minutes after last light. I’m climbing down. No moon so I have my headlight on. Ten minutes after last light and at least three deer blew at me. From where I expected them to go. But not from where I expected them to come from. First sit of the year I saw five turkeys. Three squirrels and an owl. Empty handed. But fullfilled spirit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

OK early musings... Congrats VT! Why does MO have road names like D, JJ, Z? Why is there a 293rd st in the middle of KS. The windmills are keeping me company, but they are eerie, at night.
Felt so good to launch an arrow and have it hit perfectly. All that time spent shooting this year in preparation for these moments. It also reminds me that in a minute, everything can change in life. Enjoy life while you can!
Congrats on the doe! That first kill really sets the stage and can build alot of confidence when everything goes right. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
